Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Lahore on September 15.

According to the details, during his visit to Lahore, Prime Minister Imran Khan will lay the foundation stone of the Ravi River Front project and will also meet the Punjab Chief Minister.

The Prime Minister will be briefed on the administrative and political affairs of Punjab and a report on the motorway abuse case will also be submitted to the Prime Minister.

It may be recalled that last week, Prime Minister Imran Khan on the occasion of his visit to Karachi had announced a package of Rs 1100 billion for the city of lights.

Briefing the media about the Karachi Transformation Plan, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the rains had caused damage across the country.

Imran Khan had said that Karachi was devastated by the rains. Pakistan is already going through the challenge of coronavirus. People in Karachi are facing various problems. The Government of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf is working tirelessly for the betterment of Karachi.

PM Imran Khan said that there are boundaries of different institutions in Karachi, so it was difficult to implement decisions here, one of the main reasons for the problems of Karachi is the division of powers, but now one year and 3 years to solve the problems of Karachi. The policies of the year have been formulated.

The Prime Minister’s Office said that Rs 92 billion has been allocated for water supply projects in Karachi under the Karachi Transformation Plan package.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, Rs 141 billion will be spent on sewage treatment in Karachi, while Rs 267 billion has been allocated for solid waste management and drainage.

Rs 41 billion will be spent on road rehabilitation and construction of new roads, while Rs 572 billion has been allocated for mass transit, rail and road transport in Karachi.
