PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb lashed out at the policemen in the PDM Gujranwala Jalsa venue.

A clash also broke out between Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI-f) workers over a minor dispute on the Venue of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Gujranwala Jalsa after which PML-N worker left unconsciousness.

On the other hand, Interior Minister Ejaz Shah has said that there was no reality in the rumours of arrest in the PDM gathering.

Talking to media in Islamabad, Interior Minister Ijaz Shah said that whoever has to go, the container will not be able to stop him, the containers have been installed only to stop the vehicles, not to stop the man.
