PM urge people to use Pakistan Citizen Portal for resolution of their complaints

PM Takes Notice Of Complaints Lodged On Citizen Portal By Overseas Pakistani

For the effective resolution of their complaints, Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged people to use the Pakistan Citizen Portal forum.

According to the details, Imran Khan took to his Twitter and wrote:

“Today, Pakistan Citizens Portal crossed 3 million marks of public participation. Out of 2.6 mn complaints, 2.4 mn resolved. 5,91000 confirmed satisfaction. PCP has truly empowered the common citizen. I urge all our citizens to use @PakistanPMDU for effective complaints’ resolution.

He said that public participation at Pakistan Citizen Portal has crossed three million mark.

The Prime Minister said out of two-point six million complaints registered at the portal, around 2.4 million have been resolved out of which 591,000 people have expressed their satisfaction.

Imran Khan said Pakistan Citizen Portal has truly empowered the common citizen.

He urged all citizens to use Pakistan Prime Minister Delivery Unit for effective complaints’ resolution.

On October 5, Deputy Commissioner of Faisalabad Muhammad Ali said that as many as 38,587 public complaints have been disposed of on the Pakistan Citizen Portal by various departments in the district.

The DC directed all departments to expedite the complaints and the feedback of the concerned complainant should also be sought by calling the citizen. He directed that immediate redressal of grievances related to his department and complainants should be satisfied with the departmental action. He said that regular meetings would be held to review the performance in resolving the grievances received so all the departments should realize their responsibilities.
