PML-N Balochistan President Qadir Baloch steps down from his post

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) acting president of Balochistan Lt Gen (retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch resigned from his post.

According to sources, Qadir Baloch has resigned in disagreement with party policies.

Baloch, who is the federal minister of States and Frontier Regions, had replaced former Balochistan chief minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri.

Earlier in January 2018, Zehri resigned as chief minister Balochistan after a no-confidence vote initiated against him in the provincial assembly.
