The Lahore accountability court has issued a written order declaring Nawaz Sharif a fugitive.

According to the details, the written order said that Nawaz Sharif did not appear in court despite repeated summons. Nawaz Sharif did not appear even 30 days after the advertisements were posted.

The court said that there was no other option but to declare the former prime minister a fugitive. The accountability court directed that the concerned SHOs should register the permanent arrest warrant of Nawaz Sharif.

According to the written order, NAB should provide details of Nawaz Sharif’s properties. Copies of reference will be provided to other accused at the next hearing.

Let it be known that on Tuesday, Lahore accountability court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in an illegal plot allotment case and declared him a proclaimed offender.

The accountability court had given a month to the former prime minister and Nawaz Sharif to appear in the plot allotment case. Nawaz Sharif’s warrants were received at his residence in London.
