In view of the increasing cases of Coronavirus, the micro-smart lockdown has been imposed in many areas of Central District of Karachi.

According to the notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Central District, the micro-smart lockdown has been imposed in Gulberg, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad and North Karachi areas of Central District.

The notification said that in the micro-smart lockdown, the streets related to Corona cases will be closed while the entry of unauthorized persons in the affected streets will be prohibited.

Residents must wear masks as they exit the connected streets.

It should be noted that the Sindh government has changed the working hours of the lockdown. Businesses will now be closed for one day only during the weekly holidays.

Commissioner Karachi has said that all shops and markets will be allowed to open till 8 pm.
