Prime Minister Imran Khan will on Wednesday (tomorrow) visit Faisalabab to launch ‘Ehsaas Langar Scheme’ and various other development projects.
During his one-day visit, the premier will hold meetings with several businessmen, textile manufacturers and exporters in the city.
According to sources, PM Imran will also meet party leaders during his stay in Faisalabad.
The Langar Scheme, an important component of the government’s social protection program Ehsaas aimed at poverty alleviation in the country.
On November 17, Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced to introduce electronic voting in Pakistan for clear and transparent elections in the country.
During his address, the PM proposed new electoral reforms in a bid to organize transparent elections in the country.

Earlier, the Prime Minister paid a visit to Turbat and announced mega development project for South Balochistan areas featuring construction of 1,100-kilometre roads and expansion of power and gas supply networks.
During his stay in Turbat, the premier had also launched Daar-ul-Ehsaas facility for the orphan to provide them free shelter, food and education.
He had also inaugurated Waseela-e-Taleem programme. PM Imran also laid foundation stone of various projects, including extension of Turbat airport, University of Turbat, 200-bed Makran Medical Teaching Hospital and 146 kilometre Hoshab-Awaran section of M-8 motorway.
