PM Khan invites proposals to launch corporate farming

Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked for proposals from industrialists to start corporate farming at a larger scale for modernizing agriculture and improving the production of crops.

As per the details, the premier talked to Pakistan’s top industrialists in Islamabad. During the meeting, he said that national development and prosperity are linked with the development of the business community.

The government has included the proposals of industrialists in policy-making, which have started producing good results, he added.

PM Khan also instructed to resolve issues faced by industrialists in exporting their goods.

On the contrary, the delegation thanked the PM and said the government patronage of business activities has started yielding positive results.

They said foreign exchange reserves have reached the highest level, which reflects the country’s economic stability whereas the surplus current account is also a welcome sign.

They also highlighted the fact that the demand for cement is at the highest level in the country’s history due to the promotion of construction activities. They expressed satisfaction over the government’s policies and presented proposals for the development of the economy as well.
