PML-N calls emergency meeting of central decision-making committees

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has on Friday called an emergency meeting of the central decision-making committees.

According to the details, PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb said in a statement that a joint meeting of the party’s central executive and central working committees would be held on December 14. The meeting will be held at 2 pm in Lahore.

He said that during the meeting, the decisions of the PDM summit held on December 8 would be ratified. Maryam Aurangzeb said that a strategy for implementing the decisions of the PDM summit would also be approved.

PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb said that the meeting would discuss the strategy to oust the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf government.

Let it be known that a case was registered today against (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz for violating coronavirus standard operating procedures (SOPs) during yesterday’s rally in Lahore ahead of the December 13 public gathering.

Maryam Nawaz and dozens of PML-N workers and leaders have been nominated in a case registered at Mazang Police Station.

The provisions regarding violation of SOPs and holding provocative speeches have been included in the case which was registered on the complaint of Patwari Shahnawaz.
