Getting rid of incompetent rulers a national duty, says Fazlur Rehman

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chairman Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that it is now a national responsibility to get rid of the incompetent rulers.

Addressing media in Peshawar on Saturday (today), he said that the future of incumbent rulers is dark and the country has faced humiliation multiple times at the international level due to the incompetence of the government.

He also talked about the Broadsheet issue, saying the issue has exposed the incompetence of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the national exchequer suffered a loss of millions of dollars.

Apart from that, the head of PDM said that PDM is playing its card in the most efficient manner and claimed that all public meetings of the opposition alliance were successful. Another massive rally will also be held in Hyderabad on February 9.

Asif Zardari, Fazlur Rehman decide to intensify anti-govt campaign

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman and former President Asif Ali Zardari have decided to intensity the anti-government campaign.

Both the leasers had a telephonic conversation in which they discussed the political situation of the country in detail. They also talked about the February 5 rally of the opposition alliance.

The conversation comes as Asif Ali Zardari said on Sunday that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will keep attacking the government in every possible way.

He had said that  this in a telephone conversation with PPP Punjab General Secretary Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmed. He clarified that PDM is united and there is no difference between opposition parties.
