Heavy Rains Inundate Low-Lying Areas In Lahore

In Lahore, low-lying areas have been inundated due to thunderstorms and torrential rains.

According to details, 150 LESCO feeders have also been tripped due to torrential rains, while most of the suburbs have been without power for 27 hours.

Feeders in several areas including Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Okara have also been shut down.

A local resident of Lahore talked to Bol News’s reporter Sudhir Chaudhry and said that no call is being answered at LESCO’s Complaint Center while LESCO has no solution to public problems, no relief to consumers on rainy days, by spending millions of rupees LESCO has recruited incompetent officers who do not provide relief to the customers.
