Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Communication Shahbaz Gill claimed that he has been baselessly and falsely tried.

Addressing a press conference, he said that those who say that jail is our second home are surprised because someone asks me what the case is and I do not have an answer.

He added that an attempt has been made to make a baseless lawsuit against the political statement and my intention in doing all this is not to accuse anyone but to speak the truth.

Gill further claimed that case 420 was started because of wrong signatures. “Case against me was brought to the criminal court which is a lie”.

Earlier, a defamation suit against Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Shahbaz Gill was heard in the Sessions Court in which Shahbaz Gill appeared in the Judicial Complex on a court order.

A defamation suit of Rs 1 billion was filed against the SAPM.
