Chief Justice High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid Khan has taken the oath of his offices in Peshawar on Saturday (today).

Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman administered the oath to him.

Chief Minister KPK Mahmood Khan, provincial ministers, I.G. Dr. Sanaullah Abbasi. Judges and lawyers were present on the occasion.

Justice Qaiser has taken the oath after the demise of Justice Waqar Seth.

The Chief Justice was unwell for few days reports are coming that he was suffering from Covid-19 symptoms therefore he was shifted to hospital.
