Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed condolence over the death of PTI senior member Zafar Zuberi.

In a tweet on Thursday, he said he is saddened to learn of the passing of Zafar Zuberi who was one of those workers from Karachi who stood with us for two decades.

He prayed for the departed soul and expressed condolences with the bereaved family.

Back in November, Prime Minister Imran Khan offered his condolences to the family of Javed Gardezi, a founding member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

The prime minister said in a tweet, “Saddened to learn of Javed Gardezi’s death from COVID 19. He joined us when we formed our Party 24 years ago.

He was a generous host when I used to stay with him in Multan during my South Punjab political tours. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go to his family.”
