Relations with other countries & mutual cooperation are goals of Pakistan, Dr Moeed

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on National Security Dr. Moeed Yousuf said on Sunday that relations with other countries, cooperation, and achieving peace in the region are the goals of Pakistan.
He was speaking at an international maritime conference in Karachi today. He said that Pakistan Navy is working day and night for the promotion of Blue Economy and we should also promote coastal tourism.
He added that Pakistan has the potential of billion dollars blue economy but we are earning only 200 million dollars from the sea.
He further said that 45 countries are participating in the ongoing Aman Exercise 2021 hosted by Pakistan Navy and it is aimed at the promotion of peace in the region.
Exercise AMAN 2021: Naval Chief Visits Foreign Navy Ships
Chief of Naval Staff of Pakistan Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi has visited the ships of a few countries participating in the Pakistan Navy’s peacekeeping exercise AMAN 2021.
According to Pakistan Navy spokesman, Naval Chief Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi visited ships of Russia, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Naval Chief was presented with a guard of honour on his arrival at the ship.
During the visit, the Admiral met with the commanding officers and crew of the foreign aircraft participating in the exercise.
The Naval Chief was given special briefings on the ships of the participating countries.
