A proud moment for Pakistan as Zara Naeem, a student from Punjab, breaks the world record by scoring the highest marks in the Financial Reporting exam conducted in December, 2020.

ACCA Pakistan congratulated Zara Naeem on her achievement in an official tweet.

The Government of Pakistan official also congratulated her in an official tweet.

However, Senator Shibli Faraz has also jumped in to congratulate the bright star. “Zara Naeem Dar has become pride of the nation by topping the ACCA exams across the world. Congratulations,” he wrote on Twitter.

On the other hand, Zara Naeem credits this success to her father who always encouraged all the girls in the family to pursue their dreams.

Her father is an ex-serviceman and holds a master’s degree.

“My father is a true role model for me. I grew up seeing him reaching great heights in his military service that always inspired me to follow in his footsteps,” she said in an interview.

The girl added, “Seeing his gold medal that he was awarded his MBA made me challenge myself to live up to his legacy by dedicating myself fully to my studies.”

Moreover, the young woman plans to start her own consultancy firm after attaining ACCA membership.
