It has been revealed on Monday that the record of the $ 1.5 million payment made to Broadsheet Company is missing.

As per the details, a Broadsheet Commission report has been submitted to the Prime Minister’s office. The report revealed that the record of the $ 1.5 million payment made to the Broadsheet Company is missing.

The report mentioned that the payment-related files have been stolen from the Ministries of Finance and the Law along with the attorney general’s office while the concerned portion is also missing from the file of the High Commission of Pakistan in London. The report also mentioned that the wrong payment cannot be considered negligence.

Joint Secretary Zahid Maqsood collected the report consisting of 500 pages at the PM office. The commission has recorded the statements of 26 witnesses whereas a female legal consultant did not appear.
