A vehicle in the security convoy of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Gulzar Ahmed met an accident on Friday.

According to the Spokesperson of the Supreme Court, the accident occurred in Rashakai. Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed is safe and suffered no injuries in the incident.

The spokesperson Supreme Court said that Justice Gulzar Ahmed was going to attend the funeral prayers of Justice Yahya Afridi’s father.

Supreme Court Spokesperson said that the vehicle in the Security convoy of Chief Justice was hit by a car coming from the opposite direction. Chief Justice of Pakistan returned to Islamabad safely.
