‘Kehkashan Haider of MQM (L) Operated Target Killing network in Karachi,’ DIG CTD

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Omar Shahid on Thursday revealed that Rangers and CTD in a joint operation arrested a team of target Killers in 2017, who hailed from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (London).

According to the details, DIG CTD Omar Shahid while addressing a press conference on the joint operations of CTD and Rangers against target killers said that Kehkashan Haider of MQM (L) was operating a network of target killers from United States (US).

Omar Shahid said that Rangers and CTD conducted a joint operation in 2017 Rangers and arrested the team which was being operated by Kehkashan Haider. He revealed that the operation was intelligence based.

During the press conference a call recording of Kehkashan Haider talking to the target killer was also played.

DIG CTD Omar Shahid, during his address, urged the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to take up her issue since she is an American citizen apparently.
