Plea seeking cancellation of bail granted to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Maryam Nawaz will be heard today in Lahore High Court.

LHC will hear the case in connection with the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case.

According to details, the plea will be heard by a two-member bench including Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Asjad Giral.

NAB has stated that Maryam is taking unnecessary advantage of the bail. NAB further says that Nawaz is not cooperating as an investigation into the case is in process.

NAB has appealed to the court to suspend bail given to Maryam Nawaz.

It is pertinent to mention that Nawaz was granted bail on November 4, 2019.
