National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser has expressed his opinion about the International Women’s Day that is being observed today.

As per the details, he expressed resolve to mark the social, economic, political, and cultural achievements of women. He said that the protection of women’s rights is the top priority of the incumbent government because it is imperative for the formation of a progressive society.

On the other hand, Deputy speaker Qasim Suri also talked about women’s empowerment. He said that Pakistan’s Constitution guarantees the fundamental rights of women, including financial security, job, business, education, and freedom of choice in their profession, participation in political and social activities.
