Former Attorney General Anwar Mansoor Khan has said that opposition cannot challenge the election of chairman and deputy chairman of Senate.

According to details, former Attorney General Anwar Mansoor Khan while talking in Bol News program National Debate said that the election of Chairman and Deputy Chairman cannot be challenged.

Anwar Mansoor Khan said that according to the Constitution, the Senate election is part of the proceedings of the House, according to Article 69, the proceedings of the House cannot be challenged.

Former Attorney General Anwar Mansoor Khan added that the election of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Senate is a “Proceeding of the House” and the in-house proceedings of the Senate and National Assembly cannot be challenged in any court.
