Federal Minister for science and technology Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday has appreciated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s greetings to Pakistanis.

Taking to Twitter, he shared the letter of excellency written by Modi for Pakistan. He tweeted,

“Peace between Pakistan and India is the guarantor of development of this region.”

However, Chaudhry also highlighted the Kashmir issue, saying,

“Peace will only remain a wish if India understands that Pakistan recognizes India’s constitutional right over Kashmir.”

Modi Says India Desires Cordial Relations With People Of Pakistan

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended greetings to the People of Pakistan on the occasion of National Day.

According to the statement issued, Modi said that as a neighboring country, India desires cordial relations with the people of Pakistan.

“For this, an environment of trust, devoid of terror and hostility, is imperative, Indian Premier added.
