A man convicted of raping a seven-year-old girl in Peshawar has been sentenced to death.

According to details, the Peshawar Child Protection Court has sentenced the convict to death.

Delivering the death sentence, the court said that the accused Saeed had raped an innocent girl in 2019.

The medical report has proved the accused to have sexually abused the girl.

The verdict said that on conviction, the court has sentenced him under PPC 376 while a fine of Rs 100,000 has also been imposed on the culprit.
