University of the Punjab on Monday announced to postpone all written and practical examinations being conducted from 30-03-2021 (Tuesday).

According to the details, the University in its Twitter handle said:

It is hereby notified that all Written and Practical Examinations of University of the Punjab being conducted from 30-03-2021 are hereby postponed with immediate effect. The next date of examinations shall be notified two weeks before exams.

Earlier today, Punjab Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar further restrictions from April 1 owing to the spike in coronavirus cases in the province.

Briefing the media after the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Coronavirus, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar said that economic activities cannot be suspended.

In the media briefing, Usman Buzdar urged the masses to show responsibility and follow the SOPs given by the health authorities.
