Saudi King, Crown Prince Extend Sincere Wishes For President Arif Alvi

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman have extended their sincere wishes for President Dr Arif Alvi after he had contracted the novel Coronavirus on Monday.

“The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Crown Prince sent cables to the Pakistani President after he contracted the novel coronavirus,” SPA said in a tweet.

President Dr Arif Alvi had tested positive for the novel Coronavirus and urged everyone to be very careful.

He wrote in his tweet, “I have tested positive for Covid-19. May Allah have mercy on all Covid affectees. Had 1st dose of vaccine،but antibodies start developing after 2nd dose that was due in a week. Please continue to be careful.”

President Alvi had also prayed for all the COVID-19 affectees and urged the masses to stay very careful as the new wave is more serious than the previous two.

He also felt humbled after receiving a number of sincere wishes and prayers after testing positive for COVID-19 on Monday.

Taking to his Twitter handle, the President extend thankfulness to all the well-wishers and said that “Of course so many praying for me I feel better today”.

He further wrote, “I am overwhelmed & humbled by good wishes & prayers, that I believe create a palpable aura of healing. Of course with so many praying for me I feel better today. PM called sharing his experience. Advised rest, sleep & soups. Will try to thank each one of you from @ArifAlviUpdates.”
