PTI core committee expresses full confidence in PM Imran’s leadership

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday presided over a meeting of the PTI core committee and discussed the country’s overall political situation.
Later, in a press conference, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain articulated that the PTI core committee has expressed full confidence in the Prime Minister’s leadership.
He stated that the opposition parties’ tactics to promote horse-trading in the house were condemned by the core committee.

According to Chaudhry, Prime Minister Imran Khan is fighting multiple conspiracies.
He said that Pakistan, under Prime Minister Imran Khan’s leadership, has emerged as a country with an independent foreign policy.
The Minister stated that Pakistan’s freedom will not be jeopardised and that Imran Khan will not be blackmailed at any cost.
He predicted that the PTI’s moves would surprise the opposition. He was confident that the government’s allies would support it.

No-confidence motion
Following the filing of the no-trust motion against the Prime Minister last week, the opposition has spent the past few weeks reaching out to the incumbent government’s allies, claiming to have enough votes. The government, on the other hand, has increased its efforts to persuade its allies to oppose the no-trust motion.
