Uzair Baloch, the mastermind behind the Lyari gang war, has already been acquitted in most of his cases for terrorism and accused murders.

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) heard the case of the Lyari Police operation, in which police officers were targeted and civilians were slain.

According to the petition, the accused, Uzair Baloch, should be discharged by the court owing to poor prosecution and a lack of witnesses and documentation.

At the following hearing, the judge ordered them to submit evidence relating to this matter.

The ATC summoned the witnesses and the case property to be presented on the 6th of June for a hearing.
