Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Shehbaz Sharif has appointed Salman Sufi as the head of strategic reforms.

As per sources privy to the matter, Salman Sufi will fulfill this responsibility voluntarily. The government is facing problems in every aspect of administration.

To bring stability to the government, PM Shehbaz is taking steps to balance the situation with tough decisions. He is keen to bring people who were with him heretofore.

Salman Sufi was the ‘Mother Teresa award’ winning candidate and expert in public policy. With his policies and projects related to social welfare, he has established himself in a good position.

In Punjab, he introduced Women Protection Act, Violence Against Women Center, Shahr e Khmaoshan, and innumerable public-friendly projects.

When Shehbaz Sharif was in the tenure of his office in Punjab, Salman Sufi was his Director-General in Strategic Reform Unit.

Salman Sufi is one of the five unique persons who was selected for his work on the rights of women.

Joseph Biden, the current President of the United States, was also among those five people. Salman Sufi was awarded the ‘Vital voices award’ for his peculiar work.
