QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has condemned the attack of armed men on a labour camp near Harnai.

CM Abdul Quddus expressed sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the cowardly act of terrorism. He said that terrorists will never succeed in their attempts at peace in the region.

He said that targeting poor workers is a heinous act and miscreants will soon be caught by the law. CM Abdul Quddus expressed his condolences and sympathy to the families of the rightful workers. Whereas CM has directed to provide the best medical facilities to the injured.

Earlier, two labours were killed and several injured when unknown snipers opened fire at a labour camp in the Harnai district of Baluchistan yesterday (Friday).

According to reports, unidentified intruders opened fire on a labour camp with roughly 100 workers present, setting fire to the tents and machinery. Security forces blocked off the area after being notified and began a search operation to apprehend the assailants.
