KARACHI: Crystal and Ice are openly sold by the drug mafias to the locals of Malir District. The police even after knowing these mafias do not take any action, residents of Malir told BOL New on Tuesday.

People near the Shah Latif police station were inhaling drugs in the graveyard where there is no one to find at night. Drug-addicted people are finding themselves in places like Gobri ground, Khaldabad graveyard, Railway Ground, and other open public places for the usage of drugs.

According to the locals, the drug-addicted people are being provided weed and other stuff by the junk-picking kids and adults. When the addicted do not have enough money for the drugs they rob the residents for their pursuit.

“Police are not taking action against these addicted people,” a resident told BOL News. The residents can not go through from the ground. The locals even complained to the SSP Malir, but no crackdown happened against the drug addicts.
