Sharjeel Memon calls on Turkish minister in Ankara

Sharjeel Memon, Sindh Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit of Sindh met with Turkish Deputy Minister for Transport Selin Dursun, in Ankara on Wednesday.

The Provincial Minister lauded Turkey’s achievements in transport sector and invited the Turkish companies to start their transport manufacturing plants in Pakistan, particularly in Sindh province. He further said that the Sindh Government is willing and ready to facilitate Turkish investors by means of entering into Public Private Partnership agreements and provision of subsidies, as required.

The Provincial Minister requested for information regarding specifications and designs of Turkish buses/mass transit vehicles with Sindh Government at the earliest and invited the Turkish experts to visit Sindh to progress on the matter.
