KARACHI: The intensity of cold has been increasing swiftly due to strong northeastern winds blowing in the city since last night.

Strong winds are continuing in the city and the temperature falls down with light fog witnessed in the early hours this morning.

The meteorological department has said that the weather will remain dry and cold today throughout the day and will remain chiller at night.

According to the department, the minimum temperature was recorded today at 18 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to be recorded at 28 to 30 degrees Celsius.

It further said that at this time, the northeast wind is blowing in the city at a speed of 20 km per hour, while humidity in the air was recorded at 78%.

It should be noted that according to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the weather in Karachi will remain dry during the next 3 days, while the nights are likely to remain cold during these 3 days.
