ISLAMABAD: District and Session Court Islamabad adjourned till January 20 process of indicting Shahbaz Gill  on charges of inciting rebellion in institutions.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill was brought to the court through ambulance in a case related to inciting rebellion against state institutions in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad.

The Shahbaz Gill case was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, in which prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi and Shahbaz Gill’s lawyer Burhan appeared in the court.

On behalf of Ammad Yousaf, lawyer filed the application for exemption from attendance due to malaria.

PTI leader Shehbaz Gill was taken to Kacheri in an ambulance where he lay down in the ambulance, Shehbaz Gill is facing difficulty in breathing.

Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra remarked that there seems to be a turn of events.

The court while talking to Ammad Yousaf’s lawyer said that Shahbaz Gill came to Lahore by ambulance and Ammad

Yousaf did not come from Karachi after which the lawyer presented his medical report before the court.

Shahbaz Gill’s lawyer told the court that he cannot be taken out of the ambulance, because the oxygen mask is on.

Shahbaz Gill remained in the ambulance, court appearance was fixed.

Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra issued a bailable arrest warrant for Ammad Yousaf.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 20, issuing a warrant for Ammad Yousaf in exchange for 50,000 rupees.
