LONDON: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Supremo Nawaz Sharif and Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz are said to be furious over the trust shown in CM Punjab Pervaiz Elahi during the vote of confidence.

Pertinently, CM Punjab took the vote late at night on Wednesday and 186 assembly members showed their trust in him.

Soon after the development, Nawaz Sharif summoned a report over the failure of PML-N and sought an answer why the MPAs who were against voting reached the assembly and how?

Sources close to the party also said that Rana Sanaullah advised Maryam Nawaz to return to the country adding that if she doesn’t return then the party may face political losses.

On the other hand, the opposition rejected the results and said that the vote of confidence was illegal.

Meanwhile, Rana Sanaullah while talking to the media after the opposition boycotted the session said that a few of the treasury bench members were out of the country and warned approaching the court with documents.

On the other hand, sources in the know have revealed that PTI and PML-Q have been on the same page in regard to the assembly dissolution and consultations have been going on between both parties.
