LAHORE:  Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Senior Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been detained for 30 days.

On the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner Lahore, the Punjab Home Department issued a detention notification.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Senator Azam Swati has been transferred to District Jail Rahim Yar Khan.

The workers came in front of the prisoner’s van to meet Azam Swati but did not stop the vehicle and hit the three workers, injuring two female and one male workers.

As per detail, the PTI workers protested against the police and shouted slogans. The workers who came for the reception did not meet Azam Swati, but the workers protested strongly outside the jail

Despite waiting for 5 hours, the police did not allow workers to meet Azam Swati.

Asad Umar and other workers have been shifted to Rajanpur jail.
