A school in southern Saudi Arabia held a grand ceremony ahead of a Pakistani student’s returning to home.

Saudi Cultural Attaché in Pakistan, through his official Twitter account, shared a video of ‘Basha’ir Elementary School’, in which the kid can be seen walking with an official in the school corridor while students are standing on periphery clapping for him. A cake was also cut in his honour.

The event was participated in large number by students and teachers. A certificate of appreciation was also awarded to the pupil, who thanked Saudi Arabia for this gesture. He was wearing a soccer T-shirt.
