GUJRAT: A case has been registered against the complainant of the case against Interior Minister Rana Sanauallah, Bol News reported.

Police has registered a case of land grabbing against Sheikh Shehkar Aslam in Kunjah, district Gujarat. The case was registered on the complaint of the Naib Tehsildar Sheikh Shekhar Aslam had challenged the case in the Lahore High Court.

It must be mentioned that an anti-terrorism court (ATC) has issued non-bailable arrest warrant against interior minister Rana Sanaullah.

The court rejected the minister had request for an exemption from personal appearance due to official engagements and issued his

PML-Q leader Sheikh Shehkar Aslam filed a complaint against Rana Sanaullah on August 5, 2022, for threatening the state institutions, the chief secretary and other officers. Industrial Area Police Station in Gujrat had registered a case against him.

The police informed judge Rana Zahid Iqbal Khan that they went to Faisalabad to comply with the court orders but Rana Sanaullah was not present.

Sana’s lawyers filed a request for an exemption from personal appearance. The judge rejected the pled and issued Sanaullah’s non-bailable arrest warrant. The judge directed the police to arrest the accused and produce him in the court on March 28.
