LAHORE: President Dr Arif Alvi is to reach Lahore today and will stay in the city for the next few days.

Dr Arif Alvi is also expected to meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
The president will also attend a wedding this evening.

Meanwhile, President Alvi said that disease prevention should be the main pillar of health policy in Pakistan.

Taking it to Twitter, Dr Alvi said that if prevention is ignored or not promoted on a large scale, then the acquired level of curative care will not be reached.
