LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) leader Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Sunday said the PTI was going to file cases against all the police officers involved in the illegal operation and torture on PTI workers at Zaman Park, Bol News reported.

Fawad Chaudhry tweeted that they had convened a meeting on Sunday. He said police entered residence of Imran Khan by pooh-poohing the order of the Lahore High Court. They trampled every rule of chadar and sanctity of house, stole items, even lifted the juice boxes, he alleged adding that innocent people were subjected to torture.

“Whatever happened in Islamabad, all these incidents are indicative of the ongoing constitutional crisis in Pakistan, flouting court orders is unforgivable. The high court should guard its decisions,” he said adding that they were going to lodge cases against all the police officers who conducted the illegal operation and were involved in the torture.

On the other hand, police have lodged a case against the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) activists for blocking road in Quetta in protest, Bol News reported.
