SHANGLA: At least eight children were killed when a landslide fell on them at Martong area of district Shangla on Thursday evening.

According to rescue 1122, the dead bodies of children have been recovered under the debris.

According to local people, one child was still missing under the debris for whom the search operation is underway.

Pakistan Army mobilized for rescue in Shangla Landslide

Pak Army teams were sent for rescue operation and Pakistan Army teams provided all possible assistance to the civil administration in the rescue mission.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah expressed deep sorrow over the death of eight children due to landslides in Shangla.

Chief Minister Sindh expressed his prayers and condolence for the patience of the parents.
