Heavy rain expected in Karachi from July 7 to 9

KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted heavy rain expected in Karachi from July 7 to 9, Bol News reported.

The met department predicted that the weather of the megalopolis will remain hot and partly cloudy. The maximum temperature is expected to reach 36 degree C. Current temperature of the city was recorded to be 31 degree centigrade.

Humidity in the air was recorded to be 73 per cent, the met office said. Wind is blowing at the speed of 16 km an hour. Light rain/ drizzling is expected in the metropolis on Thursday (today).

A rain shower system is likely to enter the city on July 7, the Meteorological Department said. There is a chance of rain with thunder from July 7 to 9, the Meteorological Department said.
