Four people including a policeman were killed by unknown armed men in Turbat on Tuesday.

According to police, some unidentified persons gunned down three laborers and a cop who was deputed to provide them security.

The police stated that the laborers were non-locals and had come to Turbat for work.

The bodies of the deceased were shifted to the nearby hospital.

In a similar incident, six laborers were shot dead by unknown armed men in an under-construction house in Turbat.

One of the two injured workers reported that unknown armed men stormed into the house of local contractor Naseer Ahmed and gunned down six workers.

Balochistan’s caretaker chief minister took notice of the incident and directed officials to investigate all aspects of the incident and submit an immediate report using all resources to arrest the accused in this case.
