Bushra Bibi’s interim bail in Al-Qadir Trust case extended

The Accountability Court on Wednesday extended the interim bail of former first lady Bushra Bibi in Al-Qadir Trust case till December 6.

Accountability Court judge Muhammad Bashir presided over the case against PTI Chairman Imran khan’s wife.

The proceedings for the case took place at Adiala Jail, with both PTI chairman and Bushra Bibi present in the courtroom.

NAB prosecutor Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, accompanied by the prosecution team, appeared before the court, while the legal counsel for Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, Sardar Latif Khosa, also attended the court session.

During the hearing, the court decided to postpone Imran Khan’s bail application in the Toshakhana case until December 6.
