The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday adjourned the hearing on PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s appeal against cipher indictment for an indefinite period.

During the session, Chairman PTI’s lawyer, Hamid Khan, requested an adjournment from the court.

Lawyer Hamid Khan emphasized the need to review the decision of the Islamabad High Court pertaining to the intra-court appeal.

“I want to review the decision of the Islamabad High Court,” stated Hamid Khan during the hearing.

Responding to this, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood pointed out that they could still hear the order against which the appeal was filed.

However, Advocate Hamid Khan persisted, seeking an adjournment for the High Court to review its decision.

The court accepted Hamid Khan’s plea and adjourned the hearing for an indefinite period, allowing the legal proceedings to take the necessary course.
