Repatriation of illegal foreign nationals including Afghans to their homeland is continuing in a dignified and safe manner.

2,268 illegal Afghan nationals returned to their country yesterday.

So far, 414452 illegal Afghans have been repatriated to Afghanistan.

On Nov 18, a significant decision had been made to launch a grand operation against the illegally residing Afghan refugees in Peshawar.

Joint teams, consisting of representatives from the revenue department, police, and district administration, had been formed to carry out this operation.

SSP Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi chaired a meeting, bringing together Divisional SPs, Assistant Deputy Commissioners, and SHOs from all police stations.
