The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad on Tuesday deferred the the hearing on bail applications related to cases registered on protest and vandalism involving former PTI Chairman Imran khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi; without any proceeding.

The proceedings were deferred due to the absence of the special court judge, Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain, who was on leave.

PTI lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry represented the case in the court.

The ex-chairman of PTI had filed bail applications in two cases at Khana police station and one case at Bahara Kahu police station.

Following the High Court’s directive to the Anti-Terrorism Court to reexamine the bail pleas, the court adjourned the hearing until December 11 for further proceedings.
