Government of Pakistan lifts all travel restrictions related to COVID

Islamabad: The government of Pakistan has lifted all travel restrictions related to COVID, Bol News reported.
Officials of the Federal Ministry of Health say that there is no need to submit a Corona vaccination certificate for Hajj applications. Various banks are also asking for Corona vaccination certificates along with Hajj applications, which is not necessary.
According to the authorities, they will issue a new advisory in light of the instructions of the Saudi government before leaving for Hajj.
An official said that a COVID vaccination certificate will not be required for entry into Pakistan, while those coming to Pakistan will also not be required to submit a Corona negative test.
In this regard, the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) has informed us that the decision to remove the travel restrictions was made in light of the guidelines of the World Health Organization.
Added to that, two percent of corona testing at Pakistani airports was also abolished; however, surveillance related to epidemics will continue at the airports.
