The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) is the authorized body to issue Family Registration Certificates, displaying the family composition of the applicant, whether by birth or marriage, registered with NADRA.
You have the option to apply for FRC in the following three categories:
By Birth: The produced certificate will list your family, including the details of your parents and siblings.

By Marriage: The certificate produced will list your family, including the details of your spouse and children.
By Adoption: The certificate produced will list your family, including the details of your guardian.
If an individual is not registered with NADRA and lacks a 13-digit ID number, their information will not be included in the Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
Where to Apply for FRC

You have the choice to apply for your FRC by visiting either a NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or through the Pak-Identity website.

You can apply for the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) by going to the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Following are the steps that you will be following at the NRC:

By Birth
You will be issued a token.
Photographs of minors shall be taken.

Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself.
Your required FRC will be printed and handed over.
By Marriage
If your children are under 18 years of age, it’s essential to bring all the eligible children with you for inclusion in the Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
You will be issued a token.

Pictures of all the children will be taken.
Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself.

Your required FRC will be printed and handed over.
In cases where children are equal to or greater than 18 years of age
You will be issued a token.

By Adoption
If a child is adopted and their presence is required,
You will be issued a token.
Photographs of minors shall be taken.

The photograph of the adopted children will be taken (as per adoption rules, the child needs to be less than 21 years of age).
Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself.

You have the option to apply for your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) by visiting the Pak Identity website and having it delivered to your doorstep.
