PML-N president to contest elections from Karachi

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) president and former Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has decided to contest elections from Karachi.

As per media reports, the president PML-N Shehbaz Sharif’s form was received from NA-242 of Karachi.

Saleheen Tanoli will leave Lahore today with the form and will submit his form NA-242 tomorrow.

Earlier, Shehbaz Sharif once again proposed the Charter of Economy.

Shehbaz Sharif said in one of his statements that the agreed-upon National Economic Manifesto can only get Pakistan out of its problems.

The PML-N leader said that the economy will be restored not by political and emotional statements but by policy measures. People want relief from inflation and economic prosperity, and we will provide employment and end poverty.

The former premier said that reducing the budget deficit is one of our priorities. Nawaz Sharif has always improved the economy of Pakistan; if he wins the elections, he will follow the economic manifesto.
